Alessandro Zago
Alessandro is a seasoned, global, tech business development executive and investment professional with a proven track record of sourcing opportunities worldwide, closing complex deals and forging strategic partnerships in sectors such as automotive, air mobility, clean energy, climate tech, materials, industrial, deeptech and life science sectors.
Alessandro has gained solid experience in VC/CVC, BD, and Corporate Dev. arms of large organizations (BMW, Siemens, Enplas, Hyundai, Chemonics), VC firms (KP), and tech startups (APTwater, Pinnacle Engines, Autonomie.ai). There he has developed and executed venture investments, business plans, commercial agreements, partnerships, international markets’ entries, and M&A. He is also affiliated with several tech accelerators (Swissnex, German Accelerator, Founders Space, Environmental Business Cluster, etc) mentoring startups.
Alessandro holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford University.
Alessandro has a strong international profile having lived and worked in 3 continents and several countries (Italy, Germany, US, China, Japan). He enjoys international traveling and water sports. He was introduced to Kevin by Francesco and has joined EAC in October 2023.
