Nate Crosser
Nate is venture capital investor and writer focused on advanced technologies in food, agriculture, and the bioeconomy. He was previously a Principal at Blue Horizon, a global multistage VC and PE impact investment firm based in Zürich. Nate is a frequent public speaker on alternative proteins and writes the environmental biotechnology newsletter, Fifth Industrial. He previously also worked at the Good Food Institute, a biotechnology incubator, and as a lawyer. He currently lives in Kansas City, where he enjoys practicing organic permaculture & aquaculture, block printing, wildlife photography, yoga, carpentry, and fermentation. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.
