Biography
Kevin is a founding partner at Snatched Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing at the intersection of deeptech and consumer verticals with a focus on sustainability.
Kevin founded in late 2020 Empire Angel Collective (EAC), an invite-only, active and value-add syndicate of angel investors focusing on investing in NA, EME, and SE Asia in pre-seed to C stages in deeptech, consumer tech, brands and software for brands for the daily lives and the future of the planet of conscious consumers generations of millennials, gen z and alpha. He invested with personally and led a group of 40 co-investors across 50 investments in 40 companies. He is also managing his family assets with a verifiable public investing track record beating the S&P since 2003 at Oddo-BHF Private Banking, having started to invest in venture in 2013 in that context. He was previously CIO of a Silicon Valley based SEC registered RIA with $180M in AUM, investing across all major asset classes in direct or funds for families in the US, Asia, and Europe including a portfolio of 21 direct SPVs in AI/ML, mobility, consumer tech, biotech, blockchain & fintech for tickets up to $2M. Prior, he led strategy consulting teams for growth and Fortune 500 companies in IT, healthcare, consumer and industrials at Vaxa Inc., and created the first sales analytics team of insurance exchange BPO platform GoHealth, now publicly listed. Prior, Kevin managed $60M across 5 funds of funds as Portfolio Manager and General Manger of French mutual fund company A2 Gestion, worked in institutional equity sales and marketing at Merrill Lynch and State Street Global Advisors, and in M&A at Clinvest CA-CIB specializing in logistics, energy and media on transactions ranging from $150M to $8.5B. Kevin holds an MBA from Hult IBS, spent two years in Ph.D. in finance at Paris Dauphine Uni., holds an M.Phil. in finance from Aix-Marseille Uni., an M.S. in management from Skema and a B.S. in economics from Grenoble Univ. Kevin was born and raised in France. He enjoys traveling, tennis, ski, art collecting and cooking.
